Totally tourism is an organization with several divisions to support the tourism industry in New Zealand. The divisions include a Helicopter Sight Seeing and Heli Skiing operation, a fixed wing aircraft charter organization, a cruise line, and ground transport organization. Totally Tourism centralized all their operational safety functions through AIRS system which not only captures system-wide safety data, but allows for safety managers to deeply analyze the data for potential risk, hazards, and business waste. In 20xx through the AIRS platform, they were able to identify the cause of over $100,000 NZD of lost revenue from hidden hazards and inefficiencies within their booking systems and processes. The inefficiencies were able to be fixed quickly after identification and is an outstanding example of the power of AIRS for not only superior operational safety, but business resilience and optimization.
